Chouli

Ingredients
Chouli(Boiled)
Onions - Chopped
Tomatoes
Green Chilly
Ginger-Garlic Paste
Kokam
Badishep Powder
Jeera powder
Dhanya Powder

Cooking Instructions
First boil the Chouli along with 3 to 4 pcs of Kokam in it.(This adds to the Tangy taste) and set it aside.

Now, beat Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger,Jeera, Badishep Powder, Dhanya Powder Red Chilli Powder etc into a coarse paste.

Now in a vessel, add chopped Garlic,KadiPatta. Once the Garlic turns brown, add Chopped Onions & fry till pinkish Brown, To this now add the coarse paste & roast for about 3-4mins.

Once done, Add the bolied chouli to it & simmer on a low flame. Add Water if required.

Serve either with Chapatis or with Rice.
