Pokkiri Raja is a Tamil Action Comedy Drama film which features Jiiva, Hansika in the lead roles and Sibiraj has played the supporting roles. The film is directed by Ramprakash Rayappa who had previously made Tamizhuku En Ondrai Azhuthavum which did well. This is his second film as a director. The music was composed by D.Imman, earlier it was reported that Harris Jayaraj had been finalized for the film. The production of the movie has begun in September 2015 and the makers have released the first look poster of the film during late October 2015. The posters look different, Jiiva and Hansika also look different. Even the characterisation of the lead actors seems to be different from the trailer point of view. The teaser has been released in February 2016. The audio of the movie is out already and got good response. The audio function was held on the valentines day. It was reported that Jiiva had initially planned to produce the film himself but later P. T. Selvakumar has come forward to produce the film.The makers of the movie have released official trailer and has got a good response from the audience. The movie will also be released in Telugu soon.
