Liji P. 5/18/2018 City: walnut creek	Hi,Recently i got an Rfe on my I -140(Eb2 Category) ,following are the resaons for Rfe.1.The copy of degree certificate attached is slightly cut at the bottom (they asked one more copy) .2. My Btech degree was mentioned as diploma. My education is 10+2+3(Diploma in cs)+3(lateral entry in b tech cs) will this be an issue ,if so education evaluation will help here?. On labour ,education requirement was mentioned as bachelore degree or equivalent .Did anyone face the similar sitation especially the second One?Thanks Liji Post Response Add To Favorite Total Replies: 0
