Mind and Meditation by Art of Living in Fremont

Come join us in this FREE workshop every Wednesday to experience guided meditations. The session is open for all levels : beginner to advanced meditators.
Time: 7.30 PM - 8.30 PM
Where: Art of Living Center, 555 Mowry Avenue, Suite #C, Fremont
Fees: FREE
This workshop is brought to you by the Art of Living Foundation. and serves as an introduction to the Happiness Program
For those inspired to learn the techniques and take a daily home practice there will be a course offered in the coming days. Details of the course and tuition information will be provided at this session. There will also be opportunity to register at the site as well.
