Looking for a vegetarian roommate.
I have unfurnished bedrooms to rent in a safe neighborhood. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms, I occupy one. The house is spacious, chores will be split equally or we could hire cleaners, whatever works. Looking for friendly, caring, polite folks. Trust, Respect, Cleanliness and Hygiene are a must. Each Room is about 10x10 and 3 people will be sharing 2 bathrooms. There is one bathroom right across the hall, and the second half bath is downstairs.
-You will clean up immediately after yourself and not slack.
-garbage, wifi and all utilities are split among housemates
-first month rent required +security deposit of $700
-washer/dryer in house

-close to 880 and Public Transport, BART accessible
-close to movie theaters/grocery stores/restaurants/starbucks
-Looking to rent to 1 person only per room, room is priced right, please do not negotiate on rent or make unreasonable demands.
