Starting a business and consolidating its base both in favourable and unfavourable economic scenarios is not a simple task. A part of the task is to please a number of people like clients, colleagues, employees, investors and associates and the list goes on.
The hall mark of good CMD is not his qualifications or experience, but it is his modus operandi to deal with people. Mr. Chaitanya Janga, the promoter and founder of Research Media Group (RMG) is one such inspiring entrepreneur. RMG, a flagship company was started in 1992 by Janga, an MBA post graduate. In the last few years, the group has crossed many mile stones and retained it's lead in media operations. He is also president of Film and Television promotion council of Andhra Pradesh and Joint Secretary of Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce.
Speaking to the press, Janga shared his views and aspirations, "It's a journey of three decades during which RMG diversified into many areas and emerged as a conglomerate. Its subsidiary 'Magic Mantra' the event management company was set up in 2009. Its beginning was small but its vision was big. The burning desire was to grow and to stay at top in the market in terms of reputation and revenue. By now it has achieved Rs. 572 crore turnovers and aims to cross Rs.1000 crore, in future".
Janga said "10 years is a short spell of time, but it is long span in business world. These words are best suited to 'Magic Mantra', which has organised hundreds of corporate events besides providing it's services in the field of Media, Advertising, PR relations and research. A small step initiated a decade ago was a giant leap for the event management industry both in the country and abroad", he said while briefing about the genesis, progress and achievements of 'Magic Mantra'.
Recently an event management programme was organised by 'Magic Mantra' for corporate company 'Toyota' during its launch of its new version car 'Yaaris' in Vishakhapatnam. Besides 'Magic Mantra' also handled the launch of the car 'Glanza'. Magic Mantra received many accolades for this event. Magic Mantra's Creative Heads Mr Lohith kumar & Mr.Shanny, CFO Lanka Narayana Rao attended these events.
Encouraged by the success, 'Magic Mantra' sharpened it's skills to emerge as a pioneer and has now devised plans to organise events in a big way in 48 countries including Dubai, Emirates and 7 other countries, Executive Director of Magic Mantra Mr. P.V.S Varma said. Bollywood and Tollywood celebrities in large number will participate in these events.
"RMG's Miss Celebrity (international) 2020" will soon be organised in a bigway in Mumbai or New Delhi. International celebrities from 40 countries across the globe would come on one platform. Janga said that Magic Mantra is also going to organise an international event, to propagate 'universal brotherhood'. RMG is diversified into many areas of operation. Now it is not just a group, but it is the biggest conglomerate with broadest reach in different business lines.
