2/11/1933The outcome of the conference was that diarchy in the province was abolished, federal system was established in the center, Sindh was separated from Bombay, communal awards were started by the Prime Minister of Britain Sir Ramsay McDonald and White Paper on Indian reforms was published in 1933.
6/22/1897The Chafekar brothers, Damodar and Balkrishna, shot British Officer Rand in Pune. This event played a very important role in the revolutionary freedom fighter.
3/23/1931Bhagat Singh, Shivram Rajguru and Sukhdev, great freedom fighters and revolutionaries, were hanged for assasination of Saunders, Assistant Superintendent of Police in the Central Jail at Lahore. Bhagat Singh and his associates showed no signs of any fear as they kissed the noose, chanting ""Inquilab Zindabad"" (long live the revolution).
2/2/1982Mohanlal Purushottamdas Sukhadia, Chief Minister of Rajasthan, freedom fighter, passed away. He was the Chief Minister of Rajasthan from 1954-1971. He introduced Panchayati Raj in Rajasthan and worked for its industrialisation also.

8/19/1934Dr. Hiralal died. He was a distinguished historian and contributed numerous articles to 'Indian Antiquary', 'Epigraphia Indica', The Journal of the Royal Asiatic Society, etc. He was also an honorary correspondent in Archaeology to the Government of India.
